By booking a service with Home Shifting Solution, the customer agrees to the operational protocols and pricing structures provided during the estimation phase. All quotes are subject to physical verification of goods.
Full payment is required before the completion of unloading at the destination center. For trans-boundary moves, a 50% advance is mandatory at the time of loading.
Home Shifting Solution does not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, jewelry, high-value currency, or illegal substances. Customers are advised to carry personal documents and electronics independently.
Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the Transit Insurance policy. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Home Shifting Solution is not liable for structural damage in goods that were pre-loaded or not packed by our personnel.
